Do you only work with landlords?
No. The site is designed for both homeowners and landlords. We can quote for one-off refurbishment and improvement work as well as rental-property services.
Can I send photos for an initial idea of cost?
Yes. Photos, a postcode and a short description are a useful starting point. Larger or more involved projects may still need a site visit before a firm quote.
Can you manage several trades on one refurbishment?
Yes. Multi-trade coordination is one of the main reasons to use KVC Home Care & Lettings for a wider refurbishment or property turnaround.
Can you get the property ready to let afterwards?
